Annual Meeting will be in the park pavilion on Monday June 5th at 7:00 p.m.

We need volunteers to serve on the board.  Duties are easy!

Spring Cleanup Day

Spring Cleanup is May 7th at Kiewit School (probably in North parking lot)

The Keep Omaha Beautiful program will have garbage trucks for you to bring all the trash that normally is not picked up, like mattresses, tube TVs, etc.  They will not take hazardous waste like paint, chemicals, and old mowers (unless the gas and oil are drained out first). Chemicals and paint should be taken to Under-the-Sink.

Volunteers to assist will be welcomed. If you have any questions, let us know.

March-A-Thon

 

The March-A-Thon is Coming!

The 2nd Annual Millard North Mustang Marching Band MARCH-A-THON will be held Saturday, August 22nd, 2015, stepping off at 10:00 a.m. There will be scheduled water breaks along the designated marching route with the march concluding at 156th & Nottingham Drive. Students will use the sidewalk to walk back to Kiewit.

Let’s all do our part to help the Millard North Band have a great 2015 marching season. Thanks for your support! For friends and family who would like a fast and easy way to support the band, please have them go to mnband.net and click on the “PayPal” option for lawn concerts, payments, and general donations (you can use your PayPal account or Credit Card).

Band parents and friends are welcome to bring their own lawn chairs and enjoy the parade from the lawn of the Holt family at 15687 Fountain Hills Drive or at the Tompkins lawn at 320 North 162nd Street. The more the merrier!

Timeline of Events – all are approximate:
10:00 am Step off from Kiewit Middle School parking lot
• March and play as the band heads through the neighborhoods
• Play lawn concerts along route for donations of $25 per song or $50 for two songs
• Stop for designated water breaks at regular intervals

Members Needed

Membership is voluntary, but the only source of income we have to maintain the entrance and sponsor social events is dues.
Currently only about 10 percent of homeowners have joined, so funding for projects is extremely limited. Please help us help the neighborhood – join the association.

We are coordinating with adjacent neighborhoods for a garage sale weekend and working with the city for a dumpster day.
