Membership is voluntary, but the only source of income we have to maintain the entrance and sponsor social events is dues.
Currently only about 10 percent of homeowners have joined, so funding for projects is extremely limited. Please help us help the neighborhood – join the association.
Click on the Membership tab for information about joining and paying dues.
We are coordinating with adjacent neighborhoods for a garage sale weekend and working with the city for a dumpster day.
Check under EVENTS for details.
We will need some volunteers to help with the dumpster day. Contact us if you can help or have questions.
We are moving our Membership year from 7-1-12 to 6-30-13 and planning on annual meetings in early June every year.
We confirmed our new board of directors and we’ve adopted new bylaws. We’re in the process of making a new directory for members. We’re also looking for coordinators for social activities. Can you help? Please let us know.
This year we’ll also have a neighborhood Halloween and Christmas decorating contest in the neighborhood! Start planning your displays now!
If you would like to coordinate an even with/for the neighborhood, please let us know.
Unfortunately there will be no Independence Day parade this year, since we lacked someone to coordinate it. We’re hoping to hold it again in the future. Please contact us if you are interested in volunteering. Thanks! Have a happy and safe 4th of July!
The Annual Pacific Meadows Garage Sale will be held the first week of May. This year’s sale should draw large crowds as Greenfields, Fountain Hills and Pacific Meadows 2 and 3 are holding their annual garage sales the same week. We’ll put an ad up on Craigslist but you are responsible for your own signs — happy garage saling!
The Annual Clean-Up Day will be Saturday, May 5th at the Middle School parking lot from 9-2. The city brings out a large dumpster and collects items that are too large or unwieldy to set out for the trash — everything from old construction materials to that old recliner that’s been sitting in your basement. Call 402-444-4636 if you have railroad ties, batteries, appliances or tires — they go to a different location.
Welcome to Pacific Meadows 1. Our site is work in progress. Feel free to contact us by leaving a comment below. Comments without valid email addresses will be ignored. We can’t address your concern if we don’t know who you are.
